I told my husband to get a divorce. After that, I started drinking, traveling the whole night, and having about 20 lovers because I wanted to sadden many guys.But finally, the nightmare that haunted me for a long time was over. I met an ideal husband.
My husband had to become a househusband and look after our son whereas I became a breadwinner. My husband loves the family very much.As he felt so ashamed he did all the chores including washing clothes, cooking and minding our child. I felt nothing for him.
It took longer than ten minutes to get to the hospital. The doctor tried to pump up his heart, but because his brain didn’t receive oxygen for a long time, he then became a sleeping prince. He was asleep twenty-four hours a day. The last thing I was able to do for him was to have him listen to chanting for the nineteen days he was in a coma.
The practice of chastity is a superb behaviour which means to conduct more strictly in accordance with the practices of Buddhism to prevent the growth of defilements until all defilements are vanished by passing through the processions according to the levels of the mind.
He recited heart of hermit and made a wish for three amulets in front of empty ground. At the end of his spell, there were more amulets than he wished for appearing before him. When he was about to grab them, those extra amulets disappeared through the sand and into the cave.
Every first Sunday of each month and on the days the temple had big ceremonies; and every time I attended the ceremony of offering sustenance to the Lord Buddha and of other big merit of the temple, I made wishes “May I own a house with land and a car.” Later on, my grandfather bought me a car when I did not even ask him for it. And a couple surprised things that happened to me. All my wishes were accomplished. This incident seriously strengthens my faith in merit.
